An Overall excellent experience. The Chevorlet Service Advisor promptly inducted my truck into the service cycle while I waited in the lobby. He continually kept me fully informed of the status of the maintenance/service effort while I waited in the comfortable lobby. My truck was returned in approximately an hour. The Advisor gave me a detailed summary of what was done to my truck as well as some recommendations for me to consider for my next visit. Superb all the way around! Thank you.

I had dropped off my 2025 equinox to figure out a sound vibration coming from the whole vehicle having to do with the noise cancellation system. This was the second time I had brought it back because the first time they told me that they cannot fix it because there have not been a recall yet. They indicated this to me after they had my car all day. So at this visit they told me that the tech knew what was wrong and he knew how to fix it. They had my car again all day for them to tell me that the message was not relayed to the manager for a specific tech to fix my car and so no one never got around to it. So I was told if I could leave it there overnight they would get to it the next day and my car would be brought back to me at my work. I called the service department the next afternoon around 2 o'clock to check on my vehicle for them to tell me, oh yes it's done it's just being detailed and so I offered to come get it around 4 o'clock and they told me oh it will not be ready until five. I explain to them I had somewhere to be and they offered to leave my keys in my gas tank so I could pick my car up later that night, because they had given me a loaner car. I went to go pick up my car around 8 o'clock that evening and it's a good thing I did not leave the loaner keys in the dropbox, because no one left my keys in my gas tank. I was not happy. And not saying they didn't do a good job detailing my car but, I don't know what they use to detail it but it is so oily, and greasy that I couldn't touch anything. I literally had to take a napkin and wipe down my consul because every time I touch something my hands would get oily. In some spots it wasn't even wiped, It was just sprayed on and never wipe down. And even my floor mats was completely greased up and shining to where everything was just sticking to them. So I have to say, this time I wasn't impressed.

I was just getting a basic oil change and a tire rotation. They were running a little behind which I was OK which they offered me a shuttle if I had to leave earlier, but I just decided to wait. they know my name and they recognize my face when I walk through the door. They are very welcoming and the young man that actually service my car in the garage area was on top of it. I actually stepped outside and was watching inside the bay and he was on point and efficient. My salesman actually was walking through, ED Dozer and he stopped to speak with me. I believe I've bought about 90% of my cars from him so needless to say I had a great experience.

There was one time before that they did not do the video and I made sure I make sure that I tell them every time since then to do a video which describes what’s going on with the car and is helpful with what they’re doing at the oil change etc. The video was not done. It was never texted to me on top of telling the girl in the beginning that I wanted to make sure that they did it. I checked my tires 3 days later cause I know that we need new ones soon. I was shocked they were all missed matched numbers above 35lbs back rear was high at 47 pounds which is not the 35lb normal weight. Each tire was different weights. I’d like to know who was the one working on my car. And at the end the girl I think her name was Alicia said all done. You can go and she didn’t explain anything or give me any paperwork. I asked her for the paperwork and she said there was something wrong with the system with the alliance. I said well can you just print out something so I can verify and put it in my glove compartment that I came here for the oil change. Other than that, nothing was explained to me at all. So she he printed me out the paperwok. Just something about this appointment was way just off. I just wanna feel that I have faith and I can trust in you guys to do the job right and feel safe driving our car.

New Bern Chevy was clean and quiet; it was a great experience in every aspect. Dave Maxson was very detailed in explaining my loan. He was pleasant and down to earth. A great guy. Overall, I would go back there again and recommend it highly. This was my first time working with the two of them, but I am glad I had the pleasure. Prior to this experience, I thought I wanted a Volvo- Kevin Moss, Kristin Williams, and Bill Anderson were all attentive to my questions, responding in an extremely timely manner.
